The two holiday homes (gîtes) are situated in the beautiful Pays de Duras, where Lot-et-Garonne borders Dordogne and Gironde.  They are located in a hilly landscape and surrounded by vineyards and large fields of sunflowers. Your privacy is assured by the distance between the gîtes and our house. The gîtes offer an impressive view over the valley of Bernac with its church and the castle of Théobon. They are accessible via a personal entrance with private parking. The cosy wooden chalet comprises 2 gîtes under 1 roof, both well insulated. Each gîte accomodates 2 persons and has its own entrance and terrace.  The inside of each gîte :
